Alfajorcitos ⭐️
Los clásicos alfajorcitos que se deshacen en la boca pero ahora en una versión sin azúcar, con harina de avena y mucho sabor 😋
Ingredientes (para 9 alfajorcitos):
-3/4 taza de harina de avena
-1/2 taza de maicena
-2 huevos
-1/2 cucharadita de polvos de hornear
-1 cucharada 1/2 de aceite de coco
-1 chorrito de vainilla
-20 gotitas de stevia
El paso a paso es muy simple, por una parte unes los secos, por otro los húmedos y luego ambos (siempre hay que tamizar la harina, recuérdalo). Amasas y le das forma a las tapitas de tus alfajorcitos (si los quieres redondos puedes usar un vasito). Y horneas por 10/15min por 180º (con el horno precalentado).
¡El último paso es rellenar tus alfajores! Yo usé manjar y luego lo pasé por coco 🥥 También puedes usar manjar de dátiles y ufff ULALALA 😏🔥
